Outdoor/Indoor setup policy
We will only set up on flat and dry surfaces. We do not set up on mulch, sand, dirt, rocks etc. Grass must be cut, and space must be properly shaded ( space cannot be in direct sunlight due to due equipment getting hot and possible burn for the children). Space must be cleared out and ready for setup prior to arrival (for indoor/outdoor rentals). There will be an additional $50.00 charge for a delay in set-up time if set-up space isn’t ready. We require one hour prior to your event to set up and one hour after to break down. ***PLEASE NOTE PLAY SPACES ARE 12X16 TO 12X24 IN PERAMETER****
Weather Policy
If the weather permits and we are unable to move your event on the inside, then we will work with you to reschedule another party set up.
Refund Policy
If an unforeseen circumstance shall arise and you have to cancel your booking you will have two options, 1. receive a refund minus 25% of the total booking ( not including incidental fee) for administration fees. 2. Fill out a future Credit Form for deposit to be transferred to another set up (set up must be booked within a year)
Deposit Policy
50% of the balance is due at the time of booking to hold your date, the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event. There will be a $150.00 REFUNDABLE incidental fee held in addition to the balance due. If the balance is not paid without notification your booking will be cancelled without future credit.
Booking Policy
All rentals must be booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance prior to your event date. All bookings require a 2-hour minimum. Add- On’s are not priced by the hour they are one set price which is the price noted by each item.
Delivery Policy
All bookings more than 30 miles outside of business address 514 Daniels St. Raleigh, NC 27605 will incur a 100.00 delivery fee. An adult must be present at the time of delivery and set up to go over safety rules and equipment quality.
Damage Policy
The customer is fully responsible for the rental equipment from the time of delivery to the time of pick up. Any damage to the equipment that causes excessive cleaning beyond our normal cleaning routine will forfeit your incidental fee being returned. Any damage to the rental equipment that causes the equipment to be replaced shall result in a fee of 40% of the cost of the equipment.

About Us
Bellini’s is a locally owned small business out of Raleigh, NC. As a parent and an aunt to quite a bit of toddlers I found that with taking them to parks and other play areas there was really no place for them in their tiny little world where they could be free to play safely without possible accidents with older children. I decided to a start soft play rental business to give them and other toddlers an environment that was totally dedicated to them and their needs at play time and to put more parents at ease making it easier to enjoy the special moments. Bellinis is a gender-neutral name of Italian origin meaning “little beautiful one” which is the perfect reminder of your little one wherever they go.
